BUZKAP, 1941 yılında Kurken MİRZAHANYAN tarafındandan İstanbul'da kasap ve bakkallara yönelik üretim yapan küçük bir atölye olarak kurulmuştur. Şirketimiz, ilerleyen yıllarda değişen piyasa taleplerini ve üretim teknolojilerini takip ederek; buz makinası, dondurma reyonu, döner pasta vitrinleri gibi bir çok ürünün öncüsü olmuştur.

İlkelerimiz, piyasadaki talebi ve teknolojiyi iyi takip ederek kaliteli ürünler geliştirmek, satış sonrasında iyi hizmet vermektir. BUZKAP was established in 1941 by Mr. Kurken Mirzahanyan in Istanbul as a small production center in order to produce for the needs of butchers and grocers.

In the following years our company adopted new technology & production lines in correlation with the changing market conditions & requirements, and became a pioneer in producing “ice-machines” and “rotating patisserie display coolers”.
